Being small, we are focussed
Enhancement Trust is a public charitable Trust incorporated in March 2021 at Trivandrum, India to extend a helping hand to assist in Empowering & Enhancing the lives of under-privileged members of our society especially children and adolescents. The focus is on working closely in a continuous and coordinated manner with the students and their families in trying to make a change in their lives through education.
How we support
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give
Enhancement Trust primarily extends its education support based on the direct references received by like-minded community volunteers and organisations. The volunteers are onboarded based on their ability to identify needy and deserving children & adolescents. We provide education and skill development grant on a monthly basis to the identified students to take care of their education and other related expenses.
Whom and where do we support
Education is the way for making a change in Children & adolescents’ lives
We are neutral towards caste, creed or religion and are also neutral to geographical locations within India. At present bulk of our beneficiaries are from Trivandrum, but we do have a few beneficiary children from Mumbai, Goa & Varanasi.

Be there till the beginning of a new Journey
We provide monthly education grant to children and adolescents. The grant is on a long-term basis depending on their academic stage. For example, a graduate student is extended support for the entire duration of their studies and the money is remitted to them every month. We also regularly monitor and mentor the students and their families during the course of our support.
Our Team
Small is beautiful
We have a lean but not a mean team with 02 Trustees, an honorary advisor and an Admin personnel.
Unni. K
Unni is a Trustee and he manages the overall activities of the trust. He is a working professional with a leading NBFC in India and is based out of Mumbai. Prior to this, he has been associated with the Aviation Industry as an Engineering professional for more than 25 years.
P.K.K Nair
Mr. Nair is also a Trustee and is based out of Trivandrum. He is a retired government servant and spends his time in overseeing the Trust activities.
Jayakumar P
Jayakumar is closely associated with the Trust as an Honorary advisor. Jayakumar is an active Educationist and heads an upper primary government school in Trivandrum. He is also an active social worker and always on the lookout for an opportunity to help others.
Bindu K.
Bindu primarily looks after the administrative work of the Trust. She also does the coordination and arrangements for the upskill training program of the trust. She is a working professional with the national broadcaster at Trivandrum.
