Training programs as part of our CSR implementation for the lesser privileged sections of the society is designed to make them employable and self-reliant. Different types of training programs are targeted to meet the specific need of the individual based on their age, gender, socio economic background & level of education. The training programs are a blend of formal education, upskill and vocational trainings. The trust shall also have association with the industry in backing the cause of the trained individual for gaining meaningful employment.
